RX Division

RX – This is our top division – the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in this division will receive a cash pay-out. While these movements may or may not be part of this year’s program, you should be able to perform these movements/loads in a WOD –

Overhead Squat – 135/95

Intermediate

Intermediate – This is our middle division – 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams in this division will receive smaller cash pay-out. While these movements may or may not be part of this year’s program, you should be able to perform these movements/loads in a WOD –
